A will must be made by a person 18 years of age or more:

• A person under the age of 18 years of age may create a will if that person is or was married or cohabiting in a spousal relationship

• A member of the armed forces in actual service or a sailor in the course of a voyage, may make a will signed by them or someone in their presence without

  • any further formality; or

  • any requirements
