Employers are required to pay their employees at least minimum wage for each hour of work.

The current Minimum wage in Prince Edward Island is $14.50/hour as of January 1, 2023.

As of October 1, 2023, the minimum wage will increase to $15.00/hour.

Reporting for Work Pay

Every time an employee is required to report for work or for work-related activity, the employer shall pay the employee's wages for at least 3 hours
