Wrongful termination occurs when an employee is terminated:

• without the prescribed notice;

• without pay instead of notice;

• without just cause; or

• during an authorized leave of absence.

If this occurs, you may be entitled to the following (but not limited to):

• compensation for pay instead of notice;

• compensation for breach of contract; or

• wrongful termination compensation.
