Will Requirements
For a will to be considered valid, it must be in writing and either be in the testator's own handwriting and signed by them or signed by the testator in the presence of two witnesses who also sign the will.
If the testator cannot write, the will must be read to them in front of the witnesses. This law doesn't apply to sailors or fishermen who dispose of their property while at sea.
