A tenant has certain responsibilities, which include:

• keeping the premises clean,

• repairing any damage caused by them or their guests,

• ensuring that they and their guests behave in a way that does not cause a disturbance or nuisance, and

• paying the rent that is owed to the landlord on the agreed-upon date and time
