Reporting for Work Pay

If an employee shows up for work when they're supposed to, but then they're sent home or don't have to work for at least 3 hours, they should still be paid for 3 hours of work at their regular rate of pay.

If they're scheduled to work for less than 3 hours, they should be paid for the time they worked or for the full scheduled time, whichever is more.

If the employee is normally scheduled to work at least 3 hours but is scheduled for less than 3 hours on a particular day, they should still be paid as if they worked for 3 hours.
